It was ever so good of you to write me, & I appreciated your letter very much indeed. Father is so well now that it goes far to making me forget the dreadful days of watching & fearing in Chicago—He has been perfectly wonderful through all of this—as of course he would be—It was good to see Mr Rowcliff again—& we are hoping sometime to see you—
