For Chief of Staff: The President has expressed a desire that the following photographic personnel now under orders to return to United States upon arrival at Brest be placed at his disposal until further orders: Major John M. Campbell, Historical Branch, General Staff; Major Frank J. Griffin, 1st. Lieutenant Victor L. Fleming and Private Dominick Tronalone, Signal Corps.
Request authority to issue necessary instructions to comply with President’s wishes.
