Text
Dear Grayson
I see in the morning paper that the House yesterday passed and sent to the President the Bill restoring the commutation of quarters for officers at sea. This is something the loss of which the young married officers have felt keenly, and I am sure we would consider you a Santa Claus if you could get the Bill signed quickly.
Knowing of your great interest in such a matter is my reason for writing you.
Most sincerely,
HB Wilson
