Hon. Joseph E, Ransdell
Senate Chamber,
My dear Senator:
I notice in the paper that the President is suffering from headaches and I take the liberty of sending you for him a prescription which my physicien gave me twenty-five years ago and which I have cured people with headaches all over the world. I also send you a small bottle of medicine and with the two the President’s Physician may see that they are entirely harmless even if they accomplish no good, though, I am sure they will.
Very truly yours,
(Sgd.) W. O. Hart
