My Dear Admiral

I moved over here a couple of days ago, and send this line so you may have my address.

The article in the Journal des Debats, I read carefully, and entirely agree with you as to its importance and value. As to Homer Cummings I recall that he was to make a trip about this time through the States of the far West. A reply to the telegram may be delayed for that reason.

I hope the crowded trip to Belgium didn’t wear you out.
