Text
Dear Colonel Buckey:
I have read with much interest your letter of June 3rd. I turned the letter to which you refer over to Mr. Moran immediately upon its receipt. However, in my busy life here I failed to acknowledge it and I now offer my apologies. I want to thank you for your kind attention to this matter.
Concerning the pictures, I thoroughly understand the situation. I leave the matter entirely to your good judgment.
Again thanking you for your many kindnesses, and with warm regards, believe me,
Cary T. Grayson
Colonel MC Buckey, USA
Military Attache,
American Embassy,
Rome, Italy.
