Dear Miss Newman:
Yours of the 7th received advising that Admiral Grayson sailed for France. Mr. Waggoner returned home last Saturday, had a very successful operation though a very painful one as it was a nerve operation and a shock to his entire nervous system; he is improving rapidly though and we feel will continue to do so.
