Dr WE Kernan
402 Neponset Avenue
Boston, Mass.

Dear Dr. Grayson

The long course towards recovery of Mr. Wilson, again urges me, with sincere interest, to contribute to you the specific aspect of fasting, as is used solely by me, is the body in disease. Increased body metabolism for food is obtained and this continued for as many months as desired. I am leaving tomorrow, to see some cases west of Chicago and shall work East, afterwards, arriving in Buffalo on the tenth inst. so that, if you are sufficiently interested in this very basic and important effort, I would gladly come over to Washington from Buffalo, and set forth yo to you in a general talk, factors of prime importance that would be of great help—

If you are interested, then, to this extent, a wire to the Lafayette Hotel, Buffalo, NY—with an appointment, would surely reach me on this day, as stated.

With purely the highest ethical interest for only solid team work—

Believe me—

WE Kernan
