Dear Sir

In the case of President Wilson, may I suggest that massage be trided. I have often used it in similar cases when working for Dr. Wm. VP Garretson and Dr. WB Pritchard as well as in the Dept. of Neurology of the NY Polyclinic Hospital with marked success.

The treatment should begin with the back then the chest, abdomen, arms and legs. The work on the arms and legs should begin at the sghoulders and hips respectively and proceed to the extremity but all pressure movements should be toward the body. All work should be done slowly and lightly and you may expect the patient to be sound asleep when the treatment is finished as this occurs in about seventy five percent of these cases. The treatment should last about one hour.

Wishing you success, I am

Respectfully yours

Herman Rein
