My dear Doctor
With much gratification and gladness do I read the messages come daily concerning President Wilsons condition of health, and improvement May Gods hand of his providential care & keeping enable him to regain his health and strength. Also I hope God will direct you my good physician in all the best modes of caring for him. How anxious the people here & the praying people and lifting their petitions to God who is sovereign, for the welfare of the head of our nation, and you also who isare so ably caring for him. We also pray that God will direct our nation at the Capitol to ratify the great work for the world, for which our dear and great President has been spending his life to accomplish.
May God bless & keep and help you for your good work my dear doctor Grayson.
