My dear Admiral Grayson
Guided by the necessary dimensions given of thirty-one inches for the elevator door, the rolling chair selected was the best that could comply to the services for this measurement. None of the chairs are equipped with pneumatic tires, and it is necessary for all those used for the dimensions given, to be equipped with the small wheel. The chair forwarded has neither pneumatic tires nor a large wheel. My understanding was that the glass enclosure was not desirous. The chair left here on the 4:45 train and will have reached its destination before this note arrives. What I wish to emphasize here, is that should the chair forwarded you be too small for out door service, or that you wish a glass enclosed chair, kindly command me and I will take pleasure in securing the same for you. These larger chairs are so equipped with glass that they can be entirely enclosed or any portion removed. That is; if so desired one or both sides may be left in for protection, or the entire glass can be removed. I wish to assure you that the Shill Company are very desirous to serve. Assuring you it is my pleasure to serve your wishes and that I shall be at your services for future directions, I am
Very cordially yours,
