Dear Mr. President
I have taken the liberty to send to you a set of my Duplex Wheels, through Dr. Grayson, hoping the simple device may add to your pleasure and comfort.
Dr. Grayson will undoubtedly demonstrate the mechanism, and if you do not care for it, I have written him to present it to a Hospital.
Very respectfully,
To/President Wilson
The White House,
Washington, DC
Dictated byDr. TJ Martin
