Dr. Cary T. Grayson,
Washington, DC

Dear Sir

After reading the reports in the evening paper , of the President’s condition, I decided to write you concerning some experience that I hacve had in this line of disease and also the remedy in which the different sufferers found relief and cure.

Operations of this nature are of a deleicate nature and some times not as successful as might be desired even with all the wonders of the present surgery.

There is an ointment composed of swamp herbs put up by the Kilmer Co. known as Kilmer’s U. and O. ointment, that wil reach the seat of all this disease without cayusing distress.

This reduces swellings and all inflamation, and in the cases of fistula is a positive cure.

I know this from personal experience in my own family, after consulting a number of Physicians, who advised an operation as the only resort. Of course Dr. Grayson, it is a patent medicine and, many people do not favor any thing like this, but a good chemist oftimes make valuable discoveryises in Mother nature, which he calls to aid the sufferings of the human family.

My Father was a chemist and a Pyhysician, and we had several nurses among our family, so that I have always been interesterd in this science. Kava Kava, which is but little used at the present time only in combination with other medium, is a quick relief for inflamation or disese ase of the kidney or bladder given in a pure state.

Now, Doctor do not think that I am “butting in,” as the most of the people express it, but accept this as a suggestion, and as an expression of interest in any suffering among the great brotherhood of the world.

Wishing for the continued improvement in the President’s health and in your success , I beg to remain

Very sincerely,

Mrs. Jessie E. Correa
