Dear Brice:
Your letter of October 6th has been received. Just at this time it is not feasible to take the President away. Should we find that this is possible later on, I shall be very glad to keep in mind Mr. Hines suggestion. I know the President will deeply appreciate both Mr. Hines and your thoughtfulness.
