Text

FRIDAY, I spent the day touring in the Argonne, Meuse Sector, visiting the battle-fronts there. Meanwhile, President Wilson was continuing his conferences with the League of Nations Committee, three meetings being held—one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one at night. The greater part of the rough draft of the constitution of the League of Nations was completed as a result of this day’s progress.
