Par. No.___. Pursuant to authority Hqrs. S. O. S., Jan 17, 1919, and in accordance with the orders of the President of the United StatesWoodrow Wilson, the following named enlisted men:

will proceed overland, on duty assigned, in charge of ten Cadillac Automobiles to Brussels. Upon completion of this duty these soldiers will return overland to their proper station.

The Quartermaster Corps will pay these soldiers commutation of rations at the prescribed rate for the necessary number of days travel, it being impracticable for them to carry rations in kind or to be msessed with any organization while on this duty. The journey directed is necessary in the Public Service.
