Text

My dear Creel

Please don't pay any attention to such boasts as you quote from the Vorwarts. This is a thorny business we are handling in the matter of these disloyal newspapers, but I am keeping in close touch with the Postmaster General and I believe the thing is being worked out with some degree of equity and success.

Faithfully yours,
In haste
Woodrow Wilson
