Dear Mr. President

From this you will see that the entire German air-service is only slightly over 3000 planes. You will be glad, too, to see that we are actively in the air fighting and are increasing our contribution. I hope to be able to report,-in a day or two actual shipments of American made bombing planes to France. Some have gone already but I have not yet learned how many
