My dear Mr. Secretary:
Woodrow Wilson
Hon. Breckinridge Long,
Third Assistant Secretary of State.
I take it for granted that it would be most convenient for Prince Arthur to arrive here on a train leaving New York in the daytime, and I therefore suggest 5:30 on the afternoon of as the hour I will receive him.
Sincerely yours,Woodrow Wilson
Hon. Breckinridge Long,
Third Assistant Secretary of State.
