SIRIO-LIBANESA SOCIETY
Tampico, Mex.

Sir
The SIRIO-LIBANESA UNION of this port, under the grateful impression of the capture of the towns of Beyrouth and Damascus by the forces of the Entente, makes fervent wishes for the final victory of the Allies, defenders of justice and right tramplled on by BARBARISM.

It is clear to our mind that in order to achieve this signal triumph, the timely intervention of the North American Republic, which with the disinterestedness which is characteristic of free and democratic peoples, engaged in the struggle for the good of the whole of mankind was necessary.

For that we cordially felicitate you, Most Excellent Sir, and earnestly beg you not to forget unfortunate Syria so shamefully outraged by the proverbial tyranny of the Ottoman ogre and to see that justice has its way at the time of the liquidations and that you claim for our unfortunate beautiful country, a reflection of the freedom of yours.

Accept, etc.

FOR THE SIRIO-LIBANESA UNION
AYOB SCHEKAIBANP
resident.

NEHEMTALA MANZUR
Secretary.
