Text

Your Excellency

June 16th 1917 Your flag day address is an imperishable document. The spirit of 1917 must stir the nation for a menace of greater magnitude over-shadows our free institutions than in 1776 or in 1861. You are right, “Righteousness at all hazards”.
This address cannot but stir the entire world to a supreme effort to liberate itself from the bondage of Prussianism. God is with you, Millions are praying for you.

Loyally and sincerely
Wallace Winchell
