Happy to have the President's message before leaving. It will inspire the Allies as well as ourselves by giving a clear vision of the New World for which we are fighting and which we wish to establish for our children; it will aid especially those charged with the responsibilities of founding a new state for Russia on such principles that she can freely express her own rare genuis without the rest of the world.
