7:50 p. m.—Arrival of President-elect and party. Torchlight Procession.
8:45 p.M.—Band Serenade and Public Speaking by distinguished speakers at the Virginia Hotel.
________Saturday, December 28
10:00 a. m.—Reception at Manse of the First Presbyterian Church to State, County and City Officials, Official Guests of the City and members of the Wilson Celebration Committee.
12:00 noon—Review of the Parade at Main Street Public School Building.
2:30 p. m.—Address of Welcome by Doctor Fraser and Response by Mr. Wilson, at Mary Baldwin Seminary.
3:00 p. m.—Public Reception at Mary Baldwin Seminary.
4:00 p. m.—Reception to Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Mann by Ladies of the City and County at Stuart Hall.
