Dearest Joe
Woodrow Wilson
I have been so absorbed in ways that you very well understand that I have made absolutely no personal arrangements about Saturday. Please be sure to have Kate and Alice come over to lunch at Shadow Lawn at 1:15, and do make it possible to be there yourself if you can. It would add so much to our pleasure, and we should miss you so if you were not there.
Affectionately yours,Woodrow Wilson
