Whereas Albert Holtzman was indicted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia at Martinsburg for violating the so-called White Slave Traffic Act, pleaded guilty, and was sentenced April eighth, 1914, to imprisonment for six months in the jail at Martinsburg, West Virginia; and,Whereas, it has been made to appear to me that the said Albert Holtzman is a fit object of executive clemency:
